Home inventory app
A home inventory app that has your claim ready before you need it
Indemnia lists what you own from the receipts already in your email and from photos of each room. If you ever have a fire, theft or flood, the list your insurer asks for is already made, with today's prices.
We find your first 150 items for you free. No card needed.

Three ways in, and none of them is typing
Most people give up on a home inventory partway through the first room. These do the listing for you.
Email receipts
Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo. Runs in the background and keeps going, so new purchases land on their own.
Photos
Point your phone at a room. Indemnia identifies what's in it, and you confirm what's right.
Paper receipts
Scan the ones that never had an email. The appliance, the rug, the thing from the estate sale.
Built for the claim, not just the list
Most home inventory apps stop at a list of things. An insurer wants more: what each item costs to replace today, how much comes off for age, and proof you owned it. Indemnia works those out for every line.
- Replacement cost, depreciation and actual cash value per item
- The receipt or photo attached to the line it proves
- A loss report you can send to your adjuster

Where it runs
Everything works in a web browser today, on a computer or a phone. Your inventory is the same wherever you open it.

Questions people ask first
Is my email safe to connect?
We only read. With Gmail and Outlook the permission itself is read-only, so Indemnia can't send, delete or change anything in your mailbox. We keep the full message only when it scores as a receipt, and those copies are deleted after 90 days. Your record is private to your household, it's yours to export at any time, and disconnecting takes one click.
I've already had a loss. Is it too late?
No. The receipts for what you lost are probably still in your email, and Indemnia searches them for you. Our guide to making a home inventory list after a fire covers the rest.
Does my insurer have to accept it?
Your insurer decides what it pays. What Indemnia gives you is a list in the form adjusters work from, with the proof attached, so there is less to argue about.
