These terms govern your use of Indemnia. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our privacy policy.
What Indemnia is
Indemnia is a tool to help you document personal property and prepare loss reports. It is not an insurer, an adjuster, or a provider of legal, financial, or insurance advice. Any values, depreciation, or Actual Cash Value figures it produces are estimates based on the information you provide and are not a guarantee of any insurance settlement, which is determined solely by your insurer and your policy.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You may invite others to your household; you're responsible for the access you grant them.
Acceptable use
Use Indemnia only for your own lawful documentation. Don't misuse the service, attempt to access data that isn't yours, disrupt it, or submit content you don't have the right to.
Your content
You own the content you add — your inventory, photos, and documents. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process it to provide the service (including sending it to our processors, as described in the privacy policy). We don't claim ownership of your content.
Third-party services
Indemnia integrates with third parties you choose to connect, such as your email provider. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and connecting them is at your discretion.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Indemnia is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any insurance outcome. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Termination
You can stop using Indemnia and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or to protect the service.
